Shipping costs

• The conditions that qualify the purchase for free shipping are listed below.
• The costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on weight
• From 100€ order value (in Germany, Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg) and from 200€ order value (in Sweden, Spain, Italy, Portugal and other European countries) we do not charge shipping costs *.

* For orders that have to be shipped by pallet (e.g. roof tents, roof racks, winch systems, large winches or some winches with steel cable >30kg, drawer systems and larger orders) we have to charge freight costs.

• The shipping costs for freight shipments and shipments with an order value of less than €100 are calculated according to weight.
• At checkout you will see the exact freight cost calculation before you finalise the order.
• Different freight costs apply for private and commercial customers.
• Deliveries to packing stations are not possible.
• All orders usually leave our warehouse the following day. Parcel orders are usually delivered to you within 2-3 working days and freight shipments within 4-5 days.

Returns

Private customers have a 14-day right of cancellation. You can find the details in our cancellation policy. Should you wish to return your goods within this period, this is of course possible. The buyer bears the freight costs for the return.

You can pay with iDEAL, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), direct debit, invoice, Klarna Pay Later, Paypal or Apple Pay.
