Our systems have been developed and built for the professional sector and are ideal for vehicles with hardtops or lids. Drawers increase the storage space enormously and at the same time ensure structured storage.

Our drawer base is made from very high quality galvanized steel. During development, we focused on user-friendliness, robustness and longevity.

Particularities:

The ball bearings guarantee smooth movement in and out, even under heavy loads. The entire system can hold 300 kg, drawers and the bed slide can each hold 150 kg. We use a total of 124 ball bearings for the longitudinal and side guides of the system.

Like the drawers, the top bed slide has ball bearings and is equipped with a reinforced closing mechanism. A special feature of this model is that it has a full-top extension across the entire width. This pullout can be used for coolers or other equipment. At the same time, something can be fixed on the other side.

The plates used are 12 mm thick. There is a 6.5 mm thick outdoor woodchip carpet that can withstand extreme loads. With its anti-slip properties, it also supports securing loads. Furthermore, the top bed slide has 9 strong lashing eyes. In addition, rubber stoppers dampen shocks and reduce rattling noises.

We also offer side panels to create a straight loading floor again, so the side panels can also be used as storage compartments.
